The federation is the largest and the most dangerous of all the organizations in the alpha quadrant. They compose of many worlds and almost as many different races. They are continually expanding and trying to force any and all to join their ranks.

At one time the Klingon Empire was a member of this evil group, until the council got tired of having to do what ever the Federation said with getting nothing in return. As allies they are tolerable, but as an entity upon themselves they must be brought into line. Unfortunately do to the size and numbers the empire will have to wait until the Federation has expanded themselves out beyond their capability and start to collapse, then we will be able to free the entire quadrant from their rule.

The Federation an extremely varied armada of ships. It seems each ship is its own class for an extremely specific purpose. Or that is what they would have you think. They run around the galaxy claiming not to interfere with other races, but then continually break their "Prime Directive". How could such a group be trusted. The Romulans' make no qualm about conquering the galaxy, at least they are willing to state their position.
